Online Payment Policy
GHRC's comprehensive payment policy ensuring secure, transparent, and RBI-compliant transactions
1. Membership Subscriptions
- • Membership or service fees once paid are non-refundable, unless specifically mentioned.
- • In the event of a double payment or a failed transaction where the amount is deducted but not confirmed, users may contact GHRC within 7 working days.
- • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original source account within 7–10 business days after verification.
2. Payment Methods
Users may make payments on the GHRC website using the following RBI-compliant modes:
- • Credit Cards / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
- • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
- • Net Banking (supported banks)
- • Wallets / Prepaid Payment Instruments (as permitted by RBI)
All transactions are processed through secured, RBI-authorized payment gateways.
3. Data Security
- • GHRC does not store card details, UPI IDs, or any sensitive payment data on its servers, as per the RBI's Card Data Storage Policy and Data Protection Directives.
- • Transactions are processed using PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant payment gateways.
- • End-to-end encryption and secure socket layers (SSL) are used to protect user data.
4. Payment Confirmation
- • Upon successful payment, a confirmation email and/or SMS will be sent to the user.
- • Users are advised to retain the transaction reference number and digital receipt for future correspondence.

Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 7 working days, in line with the RBI's complaint handling guidelines.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
- • Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated to the original payment method only.
- • Refund timelines:
- ◦ UPI / Wallets: 3–5 business days
- ◦ Cards / Net Banking: 5–10 business days
- • All refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- • No cash refunds are allowed.
7. Failed & Unauthorized Transactions
In the event of:
- • Failed Transactions: The bank/payment gateway will auto-reverse the debited amount to the customer's account within T+1 working day.
- • Unauthorized Transactions: Customers should report within 3 days. As per RBI's Zero Liability Policy, customers are not liable if they report the incident promptly.
8. Compliance with RBI Guidelines
GHRC adheres to all applicable RBI directions including but not limited to:
- • RBI Circular on Payment Aggregators & Payment Gateways
- • Guidelines on Regulation of Payment Aggregators and Payment Gateways (March 17, 2020)
- • Digital Payment Security Controls (Feb 2021)
- • Customer Protection in Unauthorized Electronic Banking Transactions
9. Changes to Policy
GHRC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time to comply with updated RBI regulations or internal operational needs. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
